- Description
- The U.S. Naval Hospital, Guam intends to enter into negotiations with Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc, 6700 Koll CenterPkwy, Ste 220, Pleasanton, CA 94566 with the intent of awarding a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b). The resulting contract will perform preventive maintenance (PM) on one (1) existing Government owned Model ECAM Nuclear Gamma Camera, serial number 6453. Equipment is located in the Nuclear Medicine Department, 2nd Floor, at the US Naval Hospital, Guam. Commencing 15 Sept 2007 thru 14 Sept 2008. Sole source determination isbased on the need to meet and maintain siemens equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's standards. This is not a request for competitive quotations.
