EVALUATION. Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices Maintenance on Temp Trak Wireless emote Refrigeration Monitoring System for period 01 October 2007 through 30 September 2008 with option to extend services for one (1) additional year through 30 September 2009 for equipment listed in Statement of Work, Section C. Equipment is located at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and its outlying branch medical clinics. Section C - Descriptions and Specifications STATEMENT OF WORK THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ORDER ARE AS FOLLOWS: ? Vendor to provide total maintenance on all Temp Trak Wireless Monitoring Systems listed in Section B. o Vendor to supply any and all software updates with in 30 days of release. o Vendors price to be inclusive of all cost including parts, labor and travel. o Vendor to maintain all equipment per the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidelines. All replacement parts must be new. The use of rebuilt parts will only be allowed if certified by the OEM and new parts are not available. o Vendor to maintain answering service that is capable of accepting calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week but is manned Monday ? Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Messages left during the ?off-hours? will be returned and responded to on the next business day to provide off-site assistance. In addition an OEM qualified technician must be available (via phone) within 2 hours of any call to provide off-site assistance. o In the event that on-site repairs are required, vendor to respond no later than 3:00 PM EST the third business day following determination that on-site repairs are required. o Vendor to provide 1 annual preventative maintenance and calibration as soon as possible after contract award but no later than 90 days of award. ? Vendor to warrant that all completed repairs have been completed per OEM guidelines and accepted industry standards. ?
