- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure 22,000 each of Custom-Made PHF Photo Anodized Aluminum Labels for the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Container Reuse and Refurbishment Center located in Norfolk, Virginia. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.1, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The requested delivery date is within 45 days after date of contract award, but offerors should indicate their best, realistic delivery date in their quotes. Quotes are due by 11:00 a.m., 20 September 2007. The North American Industry Classification System code is 332812, . Contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001, PHF Photo Anodized Aluminum Labels, size 4? X 4?, 0.003? thick, meeting GG-P-445 specifications, with 3M 300LSE pressure-sensitive adhesive, black lettering on a silver background, 22,000 each. All labels shall read as shown in the attachment to the solicitation.
