- Description
- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a sole source award to CEC Vibration Products Inc., 746 Arrow Grand Circle, Covina, CA 91722-2147 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The proposed service is for Repair and Calibration of Vibration Transducers. Service includes basic repair, complete repair, and calibration of 4-128-006 and 4-131-014-7 Vibration used in the J52-408B engine test cell. This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price requirements contract. NAICS Code 488190 and Business Size $ 6.5 million apply. This synopsis is published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquires concerning this requirement shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Note 22 apply.
