- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being N4446672703M99 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The NAICS Code: 812320. This solicitation is one hundred percent small business set-aside. Trident Refit Facility Tool Room, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Ga 31547, requires the following Laundry Services. Laundry will be picked up at Trident Refit Facility, Code 311 Tool Room, Building 4026, Room 138, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA 31547. Approximately one-quarter of the monthly contracted quantity will be picked up on a weekly basis. Pickup and delivery will be made simultaneously each Thursday between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM and all services are to be performed during those hours unless otherwise authorized by the Government Point of Contact. Items are to be washed, dried, folded and bundled by size in bundles of Ten (10) items or less. The Contractor shall provide an actual count of laundry completed each week. When submitting invoices for payment actual count and if possible weight of items laundered would be preferred. Invoices for services performed are to be accompanied by service tickets stating date of service, order number and must be signed by an authorized Government Representative at the time services are completed. Contractor will Invoice monthly in Arrears. Item 0001: 120 Overalls for 52 weeks; Item 0002: 2 Foul Weather Jackets for 52 weeks; Item 0003: 15 Sets of Rain Gear for 52 weeks; Item 0004: 15 Sets of Steel Toe Rubber Boots for 52 weeks; Item 0005: 25 Sets of 2 PCs. Surgical Scrubs for 52 weeks; Item 0006: 15 Hooded Sandblasting Suits for 52 weeks; Item 0007: 3 Insect Nets for 52 weeks. Period of Service: 27 Sep 2007 thru 26 Sep 2008. The Government Reserves the Right to Award on All or None Basis.
