- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Lockheed Martin Space Operations Company, Stennis Space Center, MS, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Statement of Work describes tasking for software maintenance to modify DBDB-V formats for software developed by Lockheed Martin. All services are to be performed within government spaces located at the Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is anticipated with an estimated value of $46K. The period of performance is one year from date of contract award. The NAICS assigned to this action is 541511 ($23.0M). This action is being conducted under the procedures of FAR 12 and FAR 13. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
