- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of independent and conflict-of-interest-free high-end Independent Systems Engineering, Technical Support, Acquisition Support and Scientific Services (ISETSAS&SS) for the FBI and Other Federal Organizations. Services will include but is not limited to: Information Technology (IT) Services, Telecommunications and Networking, Technology Management, Evolution Planning, Technology Evaluation, Systems and Services Acquisition, Independent Validation and Verification Assistance to Systems Users, and Data Architecture. This procurement will be restricted to Non-Profit Organizations. The estimated release date for the formal RFP is on or about 30 July 2007. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments. No paper distribution of these documents will be provided. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Performance-Based type contract. The procurement is estimated at $29,000,000.00. The FSC Code is R415. The NAICS Code is 541330 with a size standard of $25M. A draft copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) is attached to this notice. Points of Contact: Deborah D.
