- The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition. The existing lease is for the Social Security Administration and is located at 1285 Sheridan Avenue, Cody, WY 82414. The Government requires approximately 2,157 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 1,875 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The space must be contiguous. Services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations shall be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 9/21/07.
