- This is a notice of intent to issue an order to Creek Pointe, Inc., 1200 Woodruff Road, Ste A-19, Greenville, SC 29607-5753 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for: CLIN 0001 ? 1 EACH STATEMENT PERFORMANCE WORK; FRONTRANGE HEAT SERVICE DESK IMPLEMENTATION; SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK; SCOPE OF WORK TO INCLUDE: IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK PRODUCTIVITY AND MANAGEMENT REPORTING CAPABILITY THROUGH THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT HEAT SYSTEM, PROVIDE A FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION, BUSINESS RULES AND BUSINESS AUTOMATION TO SUPPORT THE USER COMMUNITY AND CUSTOMER BASE, PROVIDE A FLEXIBLE HEAT SUPPORT PLAN. The Joint Visual Information Services Distribution Activity (JVISDA) has a requirement to support the entire Defense Visual Information (DVI) enterprise. At the core of the customer support center will be the Frontage HEAT application, providing help desk and request tracking functionality within customizable business rules to satisfy DVI?s extensive requirements. Justification for Sole Source: Vendor must interface with end-user?s existing equipment and previous training on this equipment. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
