- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared and no hard copy will be made available. The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, Florida intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to CTI Resource Management, Inc., located at 8000 Arlington Expressway, Suite 500 Jacksonville, Florida 32211 for CNRSE Financial Department Support Services for a base and four (4) option years. The sole source action is conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5), authorized or required by statute, in accordance with The Veterans Benefit Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 657f), as implemented by FAR 19.1406.
