- The VA Montana Healthcare System, Fort Harrison, Montana will be soliciting quotations to provide Bread & Bakery Products to the VA Montana Healthcare System Medical Center, Fort Harrison, MT. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 311812 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, Section 8127, preference will be given to small businesses owned by veterans with service-connected disabilities, businesses owned by veterans, businesses participating in section 8(a) of the Small Business Act and other small businesses, in that order.
