**100% Small Business Set Aside**OC-ALC/848CBSG-PKC, TINKER AFB OK 73145-3030, for additional information contact Alan Battles (405)739-4502. A firm fixed-price contract is contemplated for follow on repair/overhaul contract of ITEM 0001: Noun: REGULATING TEMP VALVE; NSN: 4820-00-337-3943RK; P/N: 46680-105; Quantity: 100 EA. Delivery as follows: 3 ea per month within 120 days ARO; Applicable to: F-15 Aircraft Engine. Destination: NOTE: Shipping instructions will be provided from 553 CBSS/GBCWP Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3032 . ITEM 0002: Over and Above (Separately Price to be negotiated by PCO). ITEM 0003: Data IAW DD 1423 & Appendix B-CAV II. IPE quantity of 3 units of each line item will be required. Description: The Regulating Temperature Valve controls the temperature of the aircraft hydraulic fluidof the F-15. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Qualification requirements are not available for this acquisition. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 through 0003. The approximate solicitation issue date is 15 JUN 2007 and the estimated solicitation response date will be 15 JUL 2007. The anticipated award date will be 13 MAR 2007. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOpps at http://www.eps.gov/. Approved Source(s) is/are Eaton Aerospace, Cage: 99643; Texas Aerospace, Cage: 29242; Airtronics INC, Cage: 58078; and Gulf Aerospace, Cage: 17475. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
