Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F4DLA67248A001. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 and DFARS Change Notice 20070802. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 423210 and Size Standard 100 apply to this procurement. 1. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to provide 14th Air Force, Bldg 10577 with furniture described throughout, to include proper installation. **THIS PROCUREMENT IS A REQUEST FOR USED REFURBISHED STEELCASE FURNITURE ONLY AND MUST BE PROVIDED ON AN ALL OR NONE BASIC** 1.1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall perform the following tasks: Acquire and deliver the exact requested commodities, or equal products, to the destination address. Assemble and install all components. Contractor will guarantee the functioning of all items and government acceptance will be required to determine completion of work. Various item descriptions were compared and noted, but the final decision was that only specific product lines would meet the specified needs of this project. 5. This is a one-time acquisition.
