- This amendment incorporates the following responses to questions asked in reference to the site visit on 6 Sep 07 at 10:00: QUESTION: Please furnish existing as-builts on the duct bank/raceway for Arnold Gate. RESPONSE: Each contractor must individually request a copy of as builts via email to rhonda.coles@bolling.af.mil QUESTION: Description of Services/General Information identifies quantities of duress buttons. Please confirm these quantities and their location. RESPONSE: The quantities are correct. Locations for the three fixed duress indicators will be the main gate house, the over watch tower and Lane 1 sentry shelter. QUESTION: Is it acceptable to rough-in/install cameras and or microphones on the security booths? The security booths appear to be rated for bullet/blast. RESPONSE: The ID booths have camera conduits installed. QUESTION: Please confirm fixed cameras are to be used to monitor lanes. Field of view is to include vehicle, driver and officer. Two PTZ cameras are required to view west of Arnold Gate and east of Arnold Gate. RESPONSE: Confirmed. QUESTION: Please confirm - The equipment furnished at Arnold Gate for this contract terminates to equipment in Building 421 that is also furnished by this contract. RESPONSE: Yes QUESTION: For the wireless duress alarm, what frequency is available for usage? RESPONSE: Analog QUESTION: It is possible to receive drawings/maps depicting the raceways and/or conduit currently installed around the gate area? RESPONSE: Each interested contractor must request a copy via email to rhonda.coles@bolling.af.mil QUESTION: Will the contractor that wins this solicitation be responsible for servicing the existing equipment? RESPONSE: No there is already an existing contract in place QUESTION: Can you confirm that additional monitors will not be necessary in the control room? RESPONSE: No additional monitors are needed QUESTION: Can you provide us with the number of available video inputs on the CM6800 Matrix Switch and the Genex Multiplexers? RESPONSE: This question has not been answered by the customer yet. Question will be answered and posted separately. QUESTION: Will the type and number of available fiber strands be provided between the Arnold Gate and the SFCC? RESPONSE: Already in place THE FOLLOWING CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK: PARAGRAPHS 1.2 AND 1.2.1: The duress indicators must be compatible with the existing Advantor Alarm System. ADD THE FOLLOWING AT THE END OF PARAGRAPHS 1.2 AND 1.2.1: Locations for the three fixed duress indicators will be the main gate house, the over watch tower and Lane 1 sentry shelter. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-SEP-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
