- A. The purpose of this amendment to subject combined synopsis/solicitation is to extend the time and date for the receipt of offers and to incorporate a revised list of salient characterisitcs. B.The time and date for the receipt of offers specified in amendment 02 should have read FROM: 4:00 P.M.,28 Aug 2007 TO:4:00 P.M.,11 Sep 2007 (Eastern Standard Time) in lieu of 11 Aug 2007. C. For the purpose of this amendment, the time and date for the receipt of offers is extended FROM: 4:00 P.M., 11 Sep 2007 TO: 4:00 P.M.,14 Sep 2007 (EASTERN STANDARD TIME). D. The list of salient characterisitics referenced in the basic combined synopsis/solicitation are hereby superceded by the list of salient characteristics dated 10 Sep 2007. To revieve a copy of the list of salient characteristics, email request to Jacqueline D. Kittrell@robins.af.mil. Telephone requests are unacceptable. E.Contractors are required to submit a paragaraph-by-paragraph response to the list of salient characterisitics with their offer. Descriptive literature and/or brouchures are also required. ALL OFFERS MUST CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHAT IS BEING QUOTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LIST OF SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS. F. All other terms and conditions previously reflected in the basic combined synopsis/solicitation are still applicable. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-SEP-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
