Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 131193 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. This action is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 453998 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) has a requirement for one (1) each silicon drift detector for Hitachi SEM TOS Lab. Copy of specification may be obtained via email: Debbie.dean@usss.dhs.gov. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract. The Contractor shall deliver the complete quantity, FOB Destination, with all freight included in the delivered price, within sixty (60) days of contract award. Requests for copies of the provisions and/or clauses will not be accepted. All offerors shall forward their quotations via e-mail to Debbie Dean at Debbie.dean@usss.dhs.gov. No mail quotations will be accepted. Open date 11 September 2007 with a closing date of 14 September 2007. Quotations must be received no later than 3:00 pm, local time, Monday, September 14, 2007.
