- As stated at the ICE2 2nd Industry Day, the original acquisition timeline is being revised. Please be aware that dates for the events listed on the timeline, e.g., a Pre-solicitation Conference on 15 September 2007, have slipped. A revised schedule is being developed. It was the Government's intent to post more information for review and comment on 14 September 2007. That date, too, will probably slip. In order to facilitate automatic updates through the FED Biz Opps site, the temporary solicitation number KB07ICE2 will be used until a formal solicitation number is announced.
