- On behalf of the Commander, Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), the Director of Strategic Plans, Programs, Analyses, Assessments, and Lessons Learned is pleased to announce the publication of the AFSPC 2007 Message to Industry. The purpose of this document is to enhance the efficiency and productivity of contractor IR&D and Bid and Proposal (B&P) activities by providing available information useful to their planning and research in bounds set by security, intellectual property rights, fairness in competition and good business practice (DoDD 3204.1). This document is complementary to both the Space and Missile Systems Center?s (SMC) Industry Days and the Air Force Research Laboratory?s (AFRL) Briefing to Industry Forums. We?re excited that this product will help industry identify opportunities for their limited IR&D resources. ACCESS TO THE DOCUMENT: This classified document is available through the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) web site.
