Description

It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract. Numbered Note 22 applies to this notice. This agency intends to award a purchase order to Replay Systems, Inc., 6555NW 9th Ave, Suite 105, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 6 MDG requires the following: - Level 3 Service Support for RTAS Dictation System to include Onsite Support Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, 24/7 Telephone Support, and System Parts. Base year plus 2 Options. A contract for the RTAS Dictation System Service Support will be awarded to Replay Systems, Inc. following no response back to this notice of intent. The purchase of RTAS Dictation System Service Support must be done through Replay Systems, Inc. because they are the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The software chips for the RTAS Dictation System must be the exact same brand name as existing hardware. Market research was conducted for the purchase of the RTAS Dictation System Service Support and Replay Systems, Inc. is the only contractor found able to supply this item as we require. If no response to this notice is received by 4:00PM EST on Friday, September 14, 2007, the award for this RTAS Dictation System Service Support will be made to Replay Systems, Inc.
