- 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 2) Solicitation FA5000-07-T-0023 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20070828. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, and transportation necessary to provide services/ supplies stated below. 4) This is a FULL and OPEN. Award will be made based on the low price/technically acceptable offer.
