Description: The purpose of this amendment is to provide questions and answers. 1. FAR Clause 52.225-3 Buy American Act is applicable to this solicitation. Fluke 117 being requested is made in China. I have inquired and Fluke does not make a US version of this model. I DID NOT REALIZE THE FLUKE PRODUCT WAS MADE IN CHINA. REQUEST A LL INTERESTED PARTIES QUOTE AN ITEM EQUAL TO THE FLUKE 117, CLIN 0020. 2. Please provide additional information on CLINs 0017, 0018, and 0019. CLIN 0017: is a special tool that guides the sleeve on the center tire inflation device on a military vehicle. CLIN 0018 and 0019 are special tools that insert seals into the center t ire inflation device. It is considered a seal driver.
