Description

We intend to award a contract to Canberra Indusstries Inc., 800 Research PKWY, Meriden, CT 06450-7169, for Tennelec Series 5XLB Low Background. Canberra Industries Inc. has proprietary rights on the design/technology and is the only known source tha t can meet our requirement. Other than full and open competition will be sued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No Sol icitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
