- The Contracting Center of Excellence -Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Kastle System LLC, located at 1501 Wilson Blvd, Alexandria, VA. The objective is to provide 24 hour cential monitoring service of alarms, card readers and incident reports. The period of performance is one base year (FY 08) plus three twelve (12) months option years. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2).
