- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to announce a notice of intent to award a contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Gu ard intends to award a contract to BCF Designs LTD, for the following items: Fuel Quantity Test set, part number DE8491 (quantity 5); Adapter Set UH-60L, part no. FST8060 (quantity 5); Adapter Set CH-47D, part no. FST8085 (quantity 4); Adapter set OH-58, p art no. FST8062 (quantity 2); Databus Test set, part no. S2476N (quantity 2); Filter Test set, part no. TE6291 (quantity 2). The California National Guard intends to award the contract to BCF Designs as the sole source vendor because they are the manufactu rer of these items. Parties interested in submitting a quote must submit a quote for items of equal or superior quality. Quotes are due by 10:00 am PST on September 21, 2007 and may be faxed to 805-594-6348.
