- USPFO of Georgia intends to award a sole source procurement to Recordant Inc. 3600 Mansell Road, Ste 100, Alpharetta, GA 30022. The award will be made for the purchase of a recruiter monitoring program which is an ambulatory capture device adapted t o capture a face-to-face interaction of two parties and an analysis system, coupled to the capture device, adapted to receive and analyze the interaction. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1, for other than f ull and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Recordant Inc.s solution is singular, unique in the market place and patent pending in the United States under USPTO Registration No 43,466. All interested sources must respond not later than 21 September, 11:00am EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
