- The United States Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command Acquisition Center (RDECOMAC) intends issue solicitation W91CRB07T0201 under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, to Link Plus Soluti ons, 6996 Columbia Gateway Drive, Columbia, Md. 21046. Contractor is determined to be uniquely qualified for this procurement as they hold two exclusive worldwide licenses from the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory for their patented Mole cularly Imprinted Polymers. Requirement is for development and delivery of 4000 projectiles with Molecularly Imprinted Polymers. Period of performance will be 34 weeks after date of award. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governme nt. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interests of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, no later than 1600 EST, 17 September 2007. All information submitted should support the offeror s capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via email if the total file size is less tha n 5MB. Otherwise, responses must be submitted via hard copy to: US Army RDECOMAC, AMSRD-ACC-CC (Keen), 4118 Susquehanna Ave., APG, MD 21005.
