The Solicitation will not be available in paper format from the Government. Solicitation will be availa ble on the FedBizOps website on or about September 12, 2007. All documents required for submitting an offer, including hand-signed acknowledgement of any Amendments to the Solicitation, shall be submitted in original hard copy to the Government.
