Description

The Moncrief Army Community Hospital, Fort Jackson, SC has a requirement for AFGA CR 85-X Digitizer X-Ray equipment. The Government intends to award a sole source contract (NOTE 22) for this requirement. The suggested contractor is AGFA Corporation, 100 Challenger Road, MS 200 Legal, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660-2199. Request is for AFGA CR 85-X Digitizer X-Ray equipment at Moncrief Army Community Hospital, Fort Jackson, SC. The contractor must be capable of providing the entire equipment and any equipment accessories. No equipment partials are accepted. The contractor must provide licensed service repair technicians who are capable of upgrading and providing and technical assistance to existing printers, and diagnostic workstations. Moncrief Army Community Hospital, Fort Jackson, SC. AGFA Corporation is the only contrac tor capable of providing imaging equipment compatible with the existing x-ray imaging systems. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide identical or equal AFGA CR 85-X Digitizer X-Ray equipment for the Department of Radiology, Ft Jackson, SC must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their services, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
