Description

The Bureau Reclamation has a requirement for hydrilla weed detection and eradication throughout Reclamation's waterways in California. Duties to include but not limited to: 1) obtain all necessary permits, including NPDES, before the application of any herbicide; 2) Identify areas that require monitoring or treatment; 3) Use appropriate treatment method to control or eradicate hydrilla in or around Reclamation facilities; 4) Continue to survey regularly after eradication; 5) During regular hydrilla surveys, note and report the presence of other aquatic nuisance species. The NAICS Code is 561730. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Annual Representations and Certifications, as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered in CCR prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained at http://www.ccr.gov. Information on Annual Representations and Certifications can be obtained at http://orca.bpn.gov.
