Description

Grand Teton National Park solicits for the renovation of a log house moved from another location. The majority of external renovation has been completed, and interior walls have been removed. Renovation will require electrical, plumbing, wall construction, flooring and general repairs. This "Best Value"solicitation is being set aside for qualified HUB zone firms. All eligible interested firms may submit a proposal. As this is a "Best Value" solicitation, award may be made to other than the firm offering thelowest price. It is the intent of the Park that renovation begin immediately and be completed by early March for occupancy by park employees. Teton County Wyoming has the highest cost of living in the State of Wyoming, comparable to Los Angeles, CA. All interested parties are cautioned to consider these costs in the preparation of a proposal. As this is a "Best Value" solicitation, award may be made to other than the lowest bid.
