- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, FL (NSWC PC) intends to award a sole source firm fixed contract to GE FANUC Embedded Systems, Inc. of Albuquerque, NM for the following items: twelve (12) each RAMIX Channel Serial I/O cards P/N PMC422FP, twenty (20) each PMC Slots 6U Carrier P/N CP238/TA1, twelve (12) each MIL-STD-1533 Card P/N ASF-PMC2-1. This purchase is not suitable for full and open competition for the following reason. These parts, used in the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) command and control system, are identified on Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) source control drawings (426-7621875-1, 426-7621877-1 and 426-7621886-1) as being required to be obtained solely from GE FANUC Embedded Systems (CAGE Code 013F4).
