- The United States Government seeks to lease office space of approximately 17,427 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding a minimum of 15,154 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) in Wilton Manor, FL, within the following delineated area: North: Commercial Boulevard; South: Sunrise Boulevard; East: Dixie Highway; West: State Road 7; Route 441 The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Contiguous space on one floor is preferred. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. A minimum of 90 shall be available at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates, for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 29, 2009. All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
