- The United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), National Agricultural Library (NAL) intends to award a sole source contract by September 27, 2007 for electronic access and perpetual data rights to Biosis Archives, 1926-1968, to Thomson Scientific located in Philadelphia, PA. In accordance with FAR 5.302-1, Thomson Scientific is the only company that is capable of providing the perpetual data rights to Biosis Archives. Any other vendors who feel that they can meet this requirement may submit capability information supporting their ability to meet these requirements to Ms. Shanna Bradshaw via fax on 301-504-1717 (notify by phone first at 301-504-1732) or via email Shanna.Bradshaw@ars.usda.gov prior to 10:00am Eastern Standard Time on September 27, 2007.
