- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code 332439 for this synopsis/solicitation . Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2K3AD7186A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 effective August 17, 2007. The Government intends to award contract line items for the purchase of a Tool Box. At this time funding is not currently available for this acquisition. (CLIN 0001) Matco Tool Box Part # 4225R or equal QUANTITY 8 DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: October 5, 2007 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
