Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USP&FO For Maryland, Havre de Grace, Maryland intends to solicit and award an unrestricted commercial firm-fixed price contract for four (4) Portable Heaters as listed below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in ac cordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. This announcement number is Request for Quotation W912K6-07-Q-1003. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. The North American Industry Classification Syst em (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333414. The delivery time is on/around 30 November 2007.
