- Requirement is for a turn key system including a stabilized gimbal with camera for use on helicopters, UAVs, or light fixed wing aircraft. The unit must be integrated to include a ground data segment (with battery backup) to receive and display video and telemetry, and provide control of the gimbal. Integration shall allow for integration with a Government furnished laptop for ground control and video display. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is September 12, 2007 closing September 13, 2007.
