Description: The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is a Primary Level Field Activity (PLFA) and Inventory Control Point (ICP) of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Department of Defense (DoD). DSCP intends to issue a bridge Contract under PIIN (Procurement Item Identification Number) SPM500-04-D-0239 for the acquisition of 24 NSNs (National Stock Numbers), Federal Stock Class (FSC) 5680, sole source to Hesco Bastion Ltd., Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, collectively referred to as "Concertainer Defense Walls". The proposed bridge Contract will be for a base period of three months with two 90-day option periods. The estimated value for the initial three month base period is $327,000,000.00. Each proposed option period will have a maximum contract value of $195,000,000.00.
