- This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate via a sole source procurement action to Verizon for the replacement of a telephone cable. Complete details will be provided in the subsequent Solicitation. A time and materials purchase order is anticipated to be issued as a result of this announcement and subsequent Solicitation. Any interested party that would like to be considered for this award must submit a written statement indicating your interest and qualifications by 9:00am on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 to lpatters@leo.gov or ksliger@leo.gov.
