- The VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion, Indiana intends to negotiate with Heidelberg Engineering,Inc., 1499 Poinsettia Ave, Suite 160, Vista, CA, on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302 for purchase of a Spectralis HRA + OCT Laser Scanning Imaging System (Ocular Fluorphotometer). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Any written response, which may be sent to the Contracting Officer via fax at (765) 677-3106, must be provided by 2:00 p.m., September 19, 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
