- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 423410 and small business size standard 100 employees. (v) Vision2 250D/7205 16mm SP578 400' camera spool 2R-2994 (105 each); Vision 500T/7279 16mm VXF 434 400' camera spool 2R-3000 (13 Each); Vision2 250D/5215 35mm SP 718 1000' core BH-1866 (66 Each); Porta 160NC 70mm Sp 512 400' Core (10 Each) (vi) Delivery is to take place 30 days ARO. FOB Destination is preferred to 867 Washington Ave. Bldg. 12,000 Suite 226 Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437. (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (viii) 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price.
