- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO to purchase a Giant Voice System. This requirement is commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The commodities must also, meet the qualifications in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), 460th Space Wing/Headquarters Chapel (460th SW/HC), regulations and policies. The contract delivery date will be 13 Oct 07. Partial payments are not authorized. North American Industrial Classification System Code 334310 and size standard of 750 employees. This requirement will be set-aside for small businesses. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov on approximately 13 Sep 07 with a closing date of 14 Sep 07 at 1200 am. No paper copies will be issued.
