- The Hawaii Army National Guard (HIARNG) intends to award a sole source contract effective on or about September 28, 2007 for internet recruiting advertisement. Contract with HI50, LLC 55-568 Nani Loa Loop 3A, Laie, HI 96762-1261 has been determined t o be in the best interest of the Government due to the fact that they are a company whos website focuses on local high schools athletes and local high school sporting events. This is not a formal solicitation. No solicitation document will be issued and telephonic requests will not be honored. Reponses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that respondee is able to offer advantages over the selected contractor HI50, LLC. Determination not to compete the proposed contract is solely with in the discretion of the Government. Absent response to this Notice within ten (10) days, an award will be processed to HI50, LLC.
