Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W91YTV-07-T-0296 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005- 12. The U.S. Army Dental Activity, Fort Gordon, Georgia has a requirement for the fo llowing Electrocardiograph equipment: CLIN 0001  3 each PageWriter Trim III, Cardiograph, with capability to report, store and transmit 12-lead ECG for information sharing using modem, USB, wired LAN or 802.11(b) wireless encrypted connectivity, Other r equired features: full size keyboard and 6.5 inch color screen.
