- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The Department of Navy, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, National Naval Medical Center, Acquisition Management Branch, intends to procure the following: DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT OF ISSUE TB 500 System ATI 11 SET Temps Bed, w?Triage ID System Each set includes 5 beds & transport/storage cart w/dust covers; Snap-on I.V. Pole; 55 EACH O2 Tank Holder; 55 EACH Patient Chart Holder; 55 EACH TB CCM TB Reuseable 55 EACH Closed Cell Mattress. THE TEMPS BED (Triage & Emergency Management Preparedness System Bed)system is an easy to assemble knock down patient bed (patient gurney) that provides a unique solution to your organization's need for additional bed capacity resulting from a mass casualty incident or routine emergency department overflow. THE TEMPS BED HAS BEEN DEVELOPED IN CONJUNCTION WITH LEADING EXPERS IN THE FIELD OF TRAUMA AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE AND HAS BEEN FIELD TESTED IN RIGOROUS MULTIPLE CASUALTY DISASTER DRILL IN HOSPITALS.
