- FISC San Diego Detachment Seal Beach intends to acquire Calibration Standards Ready Issue Activity Report Program services. Task is to support the Calibration standards ready issue activity (CSRIA) including the Calibration Standards Asset Management System (CSAMS). The task will include engineering technical and program management support requirements to CSRIA and will include the support of maintaining and extending the current operation CSAMS, including extension of online user access and the CSRIA management and CSAMS system re-design. The effort will place the CSAMS system behind an NMCI firewall as mandated for all IT systems and provide compliance with the PKI implementation guidance including certification/accreditation. It is intended to negotiate with Dimensional International, Inc., Alexandria, VA. Dimensional International is the developer and has maintained and extended the current operations of CSAMS, and is the only firm with the required expertise an d knowledge necessary to provide these critical services. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Note 22.
