- This is a Sole Source announcement. No "hard copy" RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to U.S. mobile Wireless Communications for a radio communications tower, 1 each. Award to be made based on the lowest technically acceptable quote received. Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition, FAR part 13. Direct procurement questions via email to: ellen.hensley@navy.mil. Note 22 applies, however, all responses received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of this advertisement may be considered by the government. The applicable NAICS code is 237130, the size standard is $31 mil. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendor's doing business with DOD.
