Description: A Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) (W912SU-07-R-0001) is issued for industry comments. The requirement is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Price contract; services to be performed at a vast number of locations for U.S. Army Cadet Command, Fort Monroe, Virginia. The NAICS code assigned to the acquisition is 561990 (All other support services) with a corresponding small business size standard of $6.5M. The contractor shall provide support services with qualified personnel at a vast number of locations, to include 273 college campuses, 14 Brigade Headquarters, 2 Region Headquarters and Cadet Command, Fort Monroe, VA. Contractors shall provide support services for instructional, administrative, logistical and staff to the organization and the Army Reserve s Officer Training CORPs (ROTC). Support required for Leaders Training Course (LTC, currently held at Fort Knox, KY) and Leader Development and Assessment Course (LDAC, currently held at Fort Lewis, WA). We are seeking industry comments ONLY regarding o ur proposed acquisition approach. Industry comments shall be submitted via e-mail to Rhoda Harrison on or before 16 Nov 2006, 10:00 A.M.
