- *****THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY**** END ITEM APPLICATION: AIRCRAFT, STRATOLIFTER C-135 - PR No: IQC07190009023. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Hinge Ruder. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. This solicitation is a 100% HUB-ZONE SET-ASIDE. This is a 1G drawing number 81205 / 6-83144, 90-2457, BAC1520-884, BAC5300, and BAC5300-1, is a partial list of drawings which can be utilized for this procurement. This is a critical application item, export control, configuration control and rights guard applies. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 5342-00-342-7155; Base Year AEQ: 156 each, Option Year AEQ: 156 each. Delivery 119 days ARO: FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 5 Sep 07. Other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes: 23, 26 and 27. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the Offeror?s product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
