Description

This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20 and DFARS Change Notice 20070913. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423910, size standard 100 employees. This is a best value award. The contractor shall provide the following: 1 EA Fully Enclosed Lifeguard Tower (Dual Occupant) to include stairs, Fiberglass, All-weather, Stainless Steel Support Structure; 1 EA Fully Enclosed Lifeguard Tower (Single Occupant) to include stairs, Fiberglass, All-weather, Stainless Steel Support Structure; The delivery address is as follows: 36 SVS MSG SERVICES - F1C342, MR.
