Description

The U.S. Army, Fort Carson, Colorado intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with ESI ACQUISITION INC for CLIN 0001. WEBEOC PROFESSIONAL PACKAGE, Product # SW-CIMS-PRS-M WEBEOC PROFESSIONAL-STD WITH MAP TAC CLIN 0002. Product# TS-INST3-ES TECH SVCS-WEBEOC 3-DAY ONSITE CLINN 0003. Product # TE-TVLEX-ES TE- TRAVEL AND PER DIEM (The software allows First Responders and supporting agencies (organic and local area) to communicate, request, and track an incident as part of the National Incident Management System.) This is a sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.320-1) and (FAR 13.501). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however; any firm that belie ves it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 3 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in SUFFICIENT detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed above. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. If no respons es are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source negotiation. Responses are due 17 September 2007 11:00 EST.
